Gina Boone
Brings a wealth of real estate experience to Carol & Company. Having been involved in Real Estate for the last 20 years in various capacities. She recently moved back into Property Management after spending the last 14 years as an Office Manager for Premier Appraisal Services. Gina spent time as an agent for 5 years in the Yuma area. Her job duties include processing tenant applications, addressing tenant issues, and managing property finances. She handles client relations but is not limited to keeping Carol & Co. office sane. Gina is an Arizona native, and has been living in the Yuma area for the last 20 years. She enjoys spending time with her dogs and loves to bake.
Katia Vaca
Is our office receptionist for Carol & Company where she handles front desk operations, assists all clients, manages inquiries, and coordinates all maintenance requests. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication between all clients and management.
Farrell Balentine
Brings 38 years worth of construction, remodeling, staging, decorating, and financial experience to Carol & Company.
