Brings a wealth of real estate experience to Carol & Company. Having been involved in Real Estate for the last 20 years in various capacities. She recently moved back into Property Management after spending the last 14 years as an Office Manager for Premier Appraisal Services. Gina spent time as an agent for 5 years in the Yuma area. Her job duties include processing tenant applications, addressing tenant issues, and managing property finances. She handles client relations but is not limited to keeping Carol & Co. office sane. Gina is an Arizona native, and has been living in the Yuma area for the last 20 years. She enjoys spending time with her dogs and loves to bake.

Patricia Wooldridge (Patty) is a Yuma, Arizona–based professional with extensive experience in agricultural sales, purchasing, management, and real estate. With a strong background working alongside growers, advisors, and agricultural businesses throughout the Southwest, Patricia understands both the business and land side of agriculture.
She is a licensed real estate professional and a licensed Pest Control Advisor (PCA), giving her a unique perspective when it comes to agricultural property, land use, and the needs of farming operations. Patricia is an active member of the Yuma Assn. of Realtors, Crop Protection Association, and CAPCA, staying closely connected with industry developments and best practices.
Known for her relationship-driven approach, Patricia enjoys helping clients identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals whether in agriculture or real estate.
When she’s not working, Patricia enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, golfing, and traveling.
